Third Quarter Home Sales

[October 08, 2014]  LINCOLN - The third quarter of 2014 saw similar home sales numbers compared to 2013 for the same time period.

REALTORS in Logan County Board of REALTORS® sold 93 homes in the third quarter of 2014, 1 less than the 94 sold during the same time period in 2013.

The average selling price for homes in the 2014 time period was $87,878, up from $86,860 in 2013. Median prices were down, $73,000 compared to $77,250.

The length of time that the average home was on the market also saw a large improvement with the average "Days on Market" in 2014 140 days. This was 22 days quicker than the same time period in 2013.
