Young Professionals Network to host 2nd annual downtown loft tours

[October 10, 2014]  LINCOLN - The Lincoln/Logan County Chamber of Commerce is excited to announce that the Young Professionals of Logan County will be hosting their 2nd Annual Downtown Loft Tours on Sunday, October 12, 2014.

Participants will meet at By the Bean located at 113 S. Kickapoo St. at 2:30 p.m. for samples of the menu. Tours will begin at 3:00 p.m. The tour will end at Sorrento’s for pizza. This event is open to guests of all ages. We ask that all participants wear closed toed shoes for safety.

Back by popular demand guests will be led through downtown lofts and learn the not-so-well-known facts about each space. Mayor Keith Snyder and David Lanterman will act as tour guides again this year and with their vast knowledge, this is sure to be a great event. This experience is both entertaining and enriching. It gives attendees a fantastic opportunity to peer into the past of Lincoln’s historical downtown, uncovering secrets and unknowns around every corner and in every nook and cranny.

A registration fee will be charged and covers fall treats from By the Bean and Sorrento’s pizza.
