NORMAL - With just over a month
remaining before the Illinois State men’s basketball team opens the
2014-15 season at home versus Utah State (Nov. 16), the Redbirds held
their first practice Monday morning on Doug Collins Court at Redbird
Arena.

As the season approaches, ISU basketball fans can watch the team
in-person for the first time at Hoopfest, this Thursday, Oct. 16 at
7 p.m., on Doug Collins Court at Redbird Arena. The event is free
and open to the public.
Until then, fans are invited to watch a brand new RedbirdHD.tv
video, which is the second installment in the “Red Winter. It’s
Coming.” series. Fans can also view a photo gallery from the first
day of practice and listen to an interview with third-year head
