Tuesday, October 14, 2014, in St. Mary’s Hospital, Decatur.

Obituary
Nedra Dianne Runion, 75, of Decatur, passed away at
9:27 p.m., Tuesday, October 14, 2014, in St. Mary’s
Hospital, Decatur.
A service to celebrate Nedra’s life will be held at
3:00 p.m., Sunday, October 19, 2014, at Dawson &
Wikoff Funeral Home, Mt. Zion with Pastor Larry
Crawford officiating. Burial will be in Salem
Cemetery. The family will receive friends for a time
of visitation beginning at 1:30 p.m. Sunday
afternoon until service time. Memorials may be made
to the National Parkinson Foundation. Messages of

Nedra was born December 9, 1938, in Decatur, the
daughter of Fred and Dorothy (Merril) Ridlen. She
married Ivan Runion on March 2, 1957. He preceded
her in death on September 22, 2007. She retired from
Eaton Corporation in Lincoln after twenty years of
service to the company. She had formerly worked for
G.E. in Decatur. She enjoyed riding Harley Davidson
motorcycles with her husband.
Nedra is survived by her son: Jeff Runion and his
wife Kathryn Richards of Lincoln; daughter: Evon
Neideffer of Decatur; mother: Dorothy Ridlen and her
partner Frank Delgato of Decatur; grandchildren:
Virginia Dianne Muhleman, Courtney Runion-True and
her husband Billy; Billy Neideffer and his wife
Leah, Caitlin Runion, Cassie Adell Runion, and
Katreena Richards-Runion; great-grandchildren:
Cheyenne Muhleman, Skyler Muhleman, Wyatt Muhleman,
Rylie True, Paige True, and Lilleah Neideffer.
She was preceded in death by her father, husband,
and great grandchildren: Dylan Muhleman and Mya
Muhleman.
