Halloween is just around the corner and
that means one thing. It’s time for the Halloween Fun Fest. The fun
kicks off on Thursday, October 30th from 5:00 to 6:30 p.m. at
Symphony of Lincoln located at 2202 North Kickapoo Street. |

Trick or Treaters will go from room to room receiving treats from
the residents within the facility. We encourage parents to take
advantage of this opportunity. The residents really enjoy seeing the
			children in their costumes.
Then it’s off to the park district for the Halloween Fun Fest being
held from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. There will be loads of games for the
costumed youngsters to play and everyone wins prizes and candy.
Costume judging takes place throughout the evening. This is a free
event for the children and their families made possible through the
generous donations and financial support of many of our local
			businesses and nonprofit organizations.

Registrations are continuing for the Junior Railer Boys Basketball
Program. This instructional program is open to all boys in the first
through sixth grades. You can sign up at the Administration Office
located at 1400 Railer Way during regular business hours. The cost
is $45 per player and $25 for each sibling. Participants who will
not be attending Lincoln High School are considered out of District
and will be charged $50 per player and $27.50 for each additional
family member. The deadline for registrations is November 2nd.
