LCHS Lady Railers won their first meet Tuesday night .
The 200 yard Medley Relay was led by senior Madi Ewald along
with teammates Caitlin Williams, Lexy Lanning and Jenna Irwin to
a first place finish of 2:16.69.
Madi continued the winning streak with a 1st place in the 200
freestyle with a time of 2:08.81 .
Madi 1st place in the 100 Fly ( 1:05.19) along side teammate
Kourtney Mcallister who finished 2nd (1:35.88).
Caitlin Williams and Alex Spencer took 1st and 2nd in the 200
individual medley with a 3:15.07 and 3:20.41 respectively times.
Lexy Lanning continued the charge with a commanding lead
winging both the 50 freestyle (28.04) and the 100 Freestyle
1:02.66.
New comer Jena Irwin and veteran Danielle Burgrabe took 1st
and 2nd in the diving competition.
Regan Dahm and Alex Spencer dominated the 500 Freestyle with
a 1st (7:38.12 ) and 2nd (7:58.50) place finishes.
Danielle Burgrabe, Caitlin Williams, Lexy Lanning and Madi
Ewald took 1st (1:57.20) in the 200 Freestyle relay along with
Grace Hemmenway, Regan Dahm, Ashton Golden and Jenna Irwin
taking a 2nd (2:17.10) place finish. Ashton Golden,
Grace Hemenway and Jenna Irwin swept the 100 yard Back stroke
taking 1st 2nd and 3rd.
Danielle Burgrabe and Caitlin Williams finished 1st and 2nd
in the 100 Breast Stroke.
Katie Hunsley , Cassie Warfel , Isebelle Thompson and
Kourtney Mcallister put the finishing touches on the meet with a
1st place finish in the 400 Freestyle Relay .
Congratulations to all the lady Railer swimmers, it was a great
start to the season !
