There had been reports the past few weeks that the sides had
agreed on a settlement. On Thursday, Moore released a statement
saying the case is closed.
"The legal case for the loss of my NHL career is over. I have
accepted a settlement agreement which has now been finalized and
signed by all the parties."

The Boston Bruins and forward David Krejci have agreed to a six-year
extension through the 2020-21 season. The deal is worth $43.5
million.
He has one year left on his current three-year, $15.75 million deal.
Krejci led the Bruins in scoring in the 2013-14 campaign with 69
points, posting 19 goals and 50 assists. He accrued an NHL best plus
39-rating.

The Colorado Avalanche announced the signing of defenseman Tyson
Barrie to a two-year contract through the 2015-16 season.
Barrie, 23, led all Colorado defensemen with 13 goals this past
season, the most by an Avs blueliner since 2006-07 when John-Michael
Liles posted 14 goals.

First-round draft pick Robby Fabbri, selected 21st overall, signed a
three-year entry-level contract with the St. Louis Blues.
Fabbri, dressed in 58 regular-season games with the Ontario Hockey
League's Guelph Storm last season. The 18-year-old forward ranked second
on the team with 87 points, including 45 goals and 42 assists. (Editing
