Mr. Bateman called the meeting to order at 6:30 pm.
A motion was made by Mr. Anderson, seconded by Mr. Ruben to approve
the minutes from July 11, 2014 as printed. Motion passed.
Old Business:
Ordinance Revisions: Mrs. Parker reported Mrs. Schumacher and
Mrs. Parker are still working on the ordinance revisions.
New Business: None
Administrator/Warden’s report: Mrs. Parker discussion the
idea of lowering the price for cat adoption to $50.00 from $85.00
more discussion took place about other ways to lower the cat
population ideas included discount rates, events and fair booth.
Kelly Cale mentioned the LCAR will pay $20.00 for cat adoption. Mrs.
Parker will ask HSLC for additional assistance with cat adoption.

Budget:
A motion was made by Mr. Ruben, seconded by Mr. Helper, to pay
the bills as presented for payment. Motion passed.
A motion was made by Mrs. Schumacher, seconded by Mr. Helper, to
adjourn the meeting. Motion passed. Meeting adjourned at 7:02
pm.
