The Saints of CCCB stole a victory from LCU in Lincoln on Aug 30
with a 6-5 OT win. LCU went down to Moberly with the hopes of
turning the tables and stealing one from the Saints at their home
field. Central's men's soccer team had another plan which they
executed to hold their home field advantage and a 2-1 win to improve
to 2-1 record. The Red Lions drop to 0-3.
Logan Arney (SR/Effingham, IL) scored the Red Lions lone goal,
assisted by Parker Radecki (JR/Greenwood, IN). LCU netminder Alex
Watret (FR/Murrayville, IL) gave up two goals to the Saints, but
managed to save 6 other shots.
