Sept. 26

  • 4:29 a.m. – Assisting EMS in a call to the 900 block of North Kankakee Street.

  • 9:08 a.m. – Assisting EMS in a call to the 100 block of Lincoln Avenue.

  • 3:16 p.m. – Call to North Logan Street and Peoria Street for a motor vehicle accident with injuries.

  • 3:36 p.m. – Call to the 2200 block of North Kickapoo Street due to unintentional transmission of alarm, other.

  • 10:12 p.m. – Dispatch call to the 1900 block of Pulaski Street. No incident found on arrival.

  • 10:57 p.m. – Assisting EMS in a call to the 100 block of Half Moon Street.

Sept. 27

  • 3:41 a.m. – Assisting EMS in a call to Broadway Street and North Chicago Street.

  • 8:01 a.m. – Assisting EMS in a call to the 1500 block of North Ottawa Street.

  • 2:44 p.m. – Assisting EMS in a call to the 1000 block of Primm Road.

  • 3:30 p.m. – Call to the 900 block of Primm Road due to unintentional detector activation. No fire.

  • 5:38 p.m. – Unauthorized burn at the 900 block of Logan Street.

  • 6:09 p.m. – Call to the 900 block of Primm Road due to unintentional detector activation. No fire.

  • 8:16 p.m. – Unauthorized burn at the 900 block of North Logan Street.

  • 9:13 p.m. – Assisting EMS in a call to the 900 block of Pekin Street.

  • 9:45 p.m. – Assisting EMS in a call to the 100 block of Churchill Lane
