		Cleveland Browns quarterback Johnny Manziel played some weekend golf 
		with his father in Shreveport, Louisiana, leading to speculation he may 
		be released soon from his rehab treatment.

			 The Cleveland Plain Dealer reported Manziel could be out of 
			treatment as early as this week. 
			 
			Manziel is allowed to make occasional trips as part of the program, 
			and ESPN.com reported he is expected to return to treatment. 
			 
			The Shreveport Times reported Saturday that Manziel was in the area 
			with his father to play golf at a facility built by PGA Tour player 
			David Toms. 
			 
			Manziel entered a treatment facility on Jan. 28 for an undisclosed 
			problem. 
			 
			The Browns have said they expect Manziel to be out of rehab in time 
			to participate in the team's workouts, which start April 20.

			The Miami Dolphins were willing to pay free agent wide receiver 
			Michael Crabtree close to $3 million next season, but he wanted at 
			least $4.5 million, according to the Miami Herald. 
			 
			Crabtree visited the Dolphins recently and will visit the Oakland 
			Raiders this week. 
			 
			Crabtree, who played his first six seasons with the San Francisco 
			49ers, said last month he is "willing to wait however long it takes" 
			to find the right deal for the coming season.

			Former Green Bay Packers running back Terdell Middleton died at the 
			age of 59. 
			 
			Middleton, who played five seasons with the Packers, died Friday, 
			five days short of his 60th birthday, according to the Memphis 
			Commercial Appeal. No cause of death was given.

			Middleton rushed for 1,116 yards in 1978 to become just the fourth 
			1,000-yard rusher in Packers history.

			Pittsburgh Steelers cornerback Antwon Blake signed his one-year 
			tender worth $1.542 million. 
			 
			The Steelers last month offered the contract to Blake, who could 
			have signed with another team but Pittsburgh had the right to match
