The scholarship is open to any young woman graduating this spring
from Hartsburg-Emden, Lincoln or Mount Pulaski High Schools. The
student must plan on attending an accredited Illinois college. The
$500 scholarship will be sent directly to school authorities, as
designated by the scholarship award recipient. The recipient will
be selected based on merit, activities, leadership, and need. The
deadline for postmarking the application packet is April 25, 2015.

The Lincoln Woman’s Club is a member of the General
Federation of Women’s Clubs. For 119 years, the club has
provided a place for members to give back to the community
through service projects.
