Millikin University to host Sibs Weekend 2015, April 10-12

[April 09, 2015]  DECATUR - Millikin University's Office of Inclusion and Student Engagement will host "Sibs Weekend 2015" from April 10-12, 2015, on Millikin's campus.

Sibs Weekend is a tradition that gives Millikin students the opportunity to share with siblings their experience as a student at Millikin. Students are encouraged to invite siblings to visit and enjoy a weekend of fun activities.

Millikin students will be able to bring their siblings on an adventure with the University Center Board (UCB), enjoy Spring Fest where they can tie-dye Sibs Weekend shirts, and much more. The schedule for Sibs Weekend is as follows.

Friday, April 10

4 – 8 p.m.: Registration opens in Richards Treat University Center (RTUC)

5 – 7 p.m.: Dinner in Wornick Dining Hall (tickets must be purchased for all meals at the door)

8 – 10 p.m.: Choose your OWN Adventure (UCB will buy the ticket for you)

7 p.m.: Join us for a movie at the Avon Theater – Decatur's Largest Movie Theater

9 p.m.: Join us for a live concert at the Lincoln Square Theater

Saturday, April 11

11 a.m. – 1 p.m.: Brunch in Wornick Dining Hall

1 – 4 p.m.: Spring Fest: Enjoy hours of fun with tie-dye Sibs Weekend T-shirts (free for the first 150 people), games, prizes, food, and inflatables.

5 - 6:30 p.m.: Dinner in Wornick Dining Hall

7 p.m.: Casino Night
