her co-workers and patients. She was nominated by both for the
Employee of the Month honor. A recent patient at ALMH said that
“Jade is a sweet, caring, and hard working tech. She always checked
on me and made sure I had everything I needed. She always had a
smile on her face and was very cheerful.” A co-worker also commended
Dean for always having “a positive attitude and a smile on her face.
She makes ALMH a Great Place to Work.”
Although Dean has earned a Certified Nursing Assistance credential,
she is also graduating from Lincoln College this spring with an
associate’s degree. As a Abraham Lincoln Healthcare Foundation
scholarship recipient, Dean is continuing her education at St.
Francis College of Nursing to earn a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
