Dan Bock attends 2015 National Land Conference

[April 11, 2015]  LINCOLN - Dan Bock, Bock & Associates and Abe Lincoln Appraisal Service, Lincoln, attended the 2015 National Land Conference, Tucson AZ, an affiliate of the Nation Association of Realtors.

The Realtors Land Institute is proud to announce that ten awards were presented to six Accredited Land Consultant (ALC) designees on March 26 during the 2014 Pinnacle Awards. The Florida Gulfcoast Commercial Association of Realtors FGCAR and the Florida Gulfcoast Commercial Association of Real Estate Professionals FGCAREP host this event each year, presenting awards which recognize the extraordinary achievements of outstanding real estate professions from across the region.

The following ‘accredited Land Consultants (ALCs) were honored at the ceremony:

Dean Saunders, ALC, received the Overall Top Producer Award and the National Land Top Producer Award ;

Bruce Erhardt, ALC, received the National Land Top Producer #2 Award;

Bill Eshengbaugh, ALC, received the Regional Land Top Producer Award;

Ryan Sampson, ALC, received the Regional Land Top Producer #2 Award;

Nancy Surak, ALC, received the Land Deal of the Year Award, the Overall Deal of the Year Award and the Regional Land Top Producer #3 Award;

Brian Andrus, ALC, received the Deal of the Year Award and the Regional Investment #2 Award .

The Accredited Land Consultant ( ALC) is an earned, prestigious designation for land professions who are the most accomplished, experienced, educated, and highest performing land experts in the industry. It requires successful completion of a rigorous education program and a proven track record of success. As a result of their commitment to professional development and a strong code of conduct they are the most trusted land professionals in the industry.
