Williams has served the Lincoln community as a financial
representative for 14 years and has been with Country Financial for
more than 40 years. As he prepares to retire in July, Williams is
keeping it in the family and entrusting the business to Bauer.

Alderman Bauer joined Country Financial looking forward to serving
her customers. Michelle has a long track record of working with her
community and is involved with several local organizations,
including leadership positions in Rotary, Knights of Columbus Ladies
Auxiliary and the Young Professional Network.

Williams has mentored his daughter for years, and Bauer considers it
a gift to work alongside her father. “He has dedicated 43 years to
the company and I now get to use my time with him to gain insight
and knowledge as well as continue to build on the relationships he
			has started,” Bauer said.

as it honors Williams during a ribbon cutting ceremony at 4:00 p.m.
on April 16 at the COUNTRY Financial Office at 120 S. McLean St. in
Lincoln with an open house to immediately follow.
