during the same time period in 2014.
The average selling price for homes in the 2015 time period was
$94,716, up from $91,159 in 2014. Median prices were up, $78,000
compared to $70,300.
The length of time that the average home was on the market found
houses on the market longer with the average "Days on Market" in
2015 200 days. This was 8 days longer than the same time period
in 2014.
