Fundraiser to benefit Community Action Food Pantry

[April 15, 2015]  A fundraiser at Culver’s from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Sunday, April 19 will be used to help fund food and personal supply needs at Community Action Partnership of Central Illinois.

Throughout the year, families depend on the food supplies that are provided to them at Community Action. The agency serves over 345 Logan County residents each month.

The Mission Ministry of St. John United Church collects monthly for this valuable service.

Between the designated hours of the fundraiser, 10 percent of all the receipts at Culver’s will be donated to Community Action through the Mission Ministry. The community is encouraged to stop by Culvers, for a dine-in dinner or grab something in the drive-thru to take home.
