The players union released the 457-page transcript of the 10-hour
hearing in a filing Tuesday in New York federal court.
Brady was suspended for four games by the NFL for his role in
tampering with footballs which were under-inflated in the AFC
Championship Game.
In the transcript, Brady denies tampering with footballs in that
game and denies telling anyone else to do so.
Despite Brady's claims, the four-game suspension was upheld by NFL
commissioner Roger Goodell. The NFLPA then appealed that ruling to
federal court.
Federal judge Richard Berman has ordered Brady and Goodell to appear
before him next week after urging them to settle. He ordered the NFL
and the NFLPA not to submit materials -- including the transcript of
the Brady hearing -- under seal.
