Humane Society needs temporary homes for dogs during building repairs
Also looking for donations of supplies and a filing cabinet
 

[August 06, 2015]  LINCOLN - The Humane Society of Logan County is seeking temporary foster parents for several of it's dogs. The shelter building is in need of repair in the dog area, so the dogs will need to be temporarily placed elsewhere for one week only. Anyone who is willing to take a temporary pet may contact the shelter at 217-737-4042

The shelter is also in need of the following supplies:

Paper Towels,
Laundry Soap,
Bleach
15-pound bags of dog and cat food

Anyone who wishes to donate to the needs list may drop items off at the shelter.

Shelter hours are Tuesday through Saturday, 10 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and closed for lunch between 1 p.m. and 1:30 p.m.

The shelter is also in need of one two-drawer file cabinet with a lock and key. Please call Ellen Burbage at 217-314-3092.
