Irving missed his first five shots in his debut following June
surgery to repair a fractured kneecap. He missed the first 24 games
and showed rust early, although he made four of five shots during
one stretch.
Cavaliers forward LeBron James scored 23 points in a season-low 26
minutes and Matthew Dellavedova scored 20 points off the bench,
including four 3-pointers. Both marks were season highs for
Dellavedova and missed matching his career highs by one.
Forward Nerlens Noel had 15 points and 12 rebounds and center Jahlil
Okafor had nine points and eight rebounds for the Sixers, who have
dropped 10 straight again following their lone win of the season.
Heat 116, Trail Blazers 109
MIAMI -- Chris Bosh scored 29 points and Hassan Whiteside added 22
points and 11 rebounds as Miami Heat recorded the victory over
Portland.
The Heat matched a season high for points and 3-pointers made with
12 to secure their fourth win in their past five games. Dwyane Wade
added 18 points and Luol Deng and Gerald Green scored 17 apiece.
Portland guard Damian Lillard finished with a game-high 32 points to
go with nine assists. C.J. McCollum finished with 20 points and six
assists and the Trail Blazers made 13 3-pointers while losing for
the fourth time in five games.
Timberwolves 100, Nets 85
NEW YORK -- Rookie Karl-Anthony Towns scored 22 of his 24 points
after the first quarter as Minnesota rolled past Brooklyn.
Ricky Rubio tied a season high with 15 assists for the Timberwolves.
Andrew Wiggins and Kevin Martin added 16 points apiece for the
Timberwolves.
Brook Lopez had 20 points and 12 rebounds for the Nets, who suffered
their fifth straight loss. Guard Bojan Bogdanovic added 13 points.
Bucks 101, Suns 95
PHOENIX -- Kris Middleton scored nine of his 26 points in the fourth
quarter and Milwaukee rallied from a 15-point third-quarter deficit
to beat Phoenix.
Michael Carter-Williams had 20 points for the Bucks and Greg Monroe
added 13, including the layup with 20.6 seconds left that gave the
Bucks the lead for good at 97-95.
T.J. Warren had 14 of his 18 points in the first half for the Suns.
P.J. Tucker had 12 points and seven rebounds.

Hawks 103, Magic 100
ORLANDO, Fla. -- Kyle Korver scored 13 of his 19 points in the
fourth quarter to lead Atlanta to its third consecutive victory.
Mike Scott tallied 15 points and Al Horford and Jeff Teague each
scored 14 for the Hawks. Paul Millsap had 13 points and 13 rebounds.
Nikola Vucevic had 20 points and 11 rebounds for Orlando. Even
Fournier had 17 points and point guard Elfrid Payton had 14 points
and six assists.
Kings 104, Raptors 94
TORONTO -- Rajon Rondo scored 19 points and had 13 assists as
Sacramento defeated Toronto.
The Kings (11-16) also received 19 points from Rudy Gay, who grabbed
nine rebounds. Omri Casspi added 15 points and 11 rebounds and
center DeMarcus Cousins had 15 points and taking nine rebounds.
DeMar DeRozan had 28 points to lead the Raptors. Kyle Lowry had 13
points before he was ejected during the third quarter after picking
up two technical fouls.
Pelicans 130, Nuggets 125
DENVER -- Anthony Davis shook off an illness to score 27 points, and
he blocked four shots in the fourth quarter, helping New Orleans
rally past Denver.
Tyreke Evans had 21 points and 10 assists, guard Jrue Holiday had 21
off the bench, and guard Eric Gordon scored 20 for the Pelicans.
Will Barton scored a career-high 32 points and grabbed 10 rebounds
for Denver, which lost Darrell Arthur (right knee soreness) and
Danilo Gallinari (left ankle sprain) while dropping its second
straight.
