The Wolverines (9-10) jumped out to an early lead on the
Crusaders with some hot shooting and rode that to a 19-15
halftime advantage.
In the third quarter, the Crusaders scored 16 to climb back into
the game. The Wolverines won the fourth quarter 16-13 but could
not pull back even and fell by a final of 44-40.
The Crusaders advance to the Regional final Thursday night to
play the Springfield Calvary Saints.
For the Crusaders Dillon Singelton led all scorers with 17
points while his brother Drew and Denver Hoffert added eight
each. Brayton Brown (7) and Payton Batley (4) rounded out the
scoring.
Blaine Robbins led the Wolverines with 12 points in the loss.
Also scoring for West Lincoln was, Kaden Froebe (10), Kameron
Whiteman (10), Shane Shumard (6), and Payton Anderson (2).
