The Crusaders squared off against Springfield Calvary and came
out victorious with a final score of 45-29.
The Crusaders were led in scoring by Brayton Brown with 16 points
and Drew Singleton with nine. Payton Batley and Dylan Singleton each
had eight points. The scoring was rounded out with Denver Hoffert
scoring four. The Crusaders improved to 12-8 and now play for the
sectional championship Wednesday evening at Decatur Our Lady of
Lourdes at 6:30 p.m. The Crusaders are coached by Andy Fitzpatrick,
with assistants Rich Singleton and Kent Bowlby.
