Spurs 98, Heat 85
Forward Kawhi Leonard made five three-pointers, a career best, and
scored 24 points all up as the San Antonio Spurs cruised to a 98-85
victory over the injury-depleted Miami Heat in a rematch of last
year's NBA finalists.
Miami (21-29) played without injured starters Dwyane Wade and Hassan
Whiteside, and then lost reserve forward Udonis Haslem to a wrist
injury in the first quarter.

Hawks 124, Warriors 116
The Atlanta Hawks pulled away from the Golden State Warriors down
the stretch for a 124-116 victory in a battle of the teams with the
two best records in the league.
It was the 12th straight home win for the Hawks (42-9). All five
starters scored in double figures, led by point guard Jeff Teague
(23 points, seven assists) and forward Paul Millsap (21 points) as
the Hawks snapped a five-game losing streak to the Warriors.
The Golden State backcourt of Stephen Curry and Klay Thompson
combined for 55 points.

Pacers 103, Cavaliers 99
The Indiana Pacers used a four-point play from guard George Hill
with 1:26 remaining to take the lead, and then held on for a 103-99
victory over Cleveland, halting the Cavaliers' 12-game winning
streak.
Guard Kyrie Irving led Cleveland (31-21) all scorers with 29 points,
and forward LeBron James added 25 but did not finish the game due to
a sore ankle.
The Cavs surrendered a nine-point lead in the fourth quarter and
fell short of what would have been a franchise-tying 13th
consecutive victory.

Pelicans 116, Thunder 113
Anthony Davis hit a stunning three-pointer as time expired to lead
the New Orleans Pelicans to a 116-113 road victory over Oklahoma
City Thunder.
With the scores tied with 1.8 seconds left, the Pelicans inbounded
the ball to Davis at the top of the key, and he knocked down a
high-arching shot as the buzzer sounded to finish with 41 points. It
was his first three-pointer of the season.
Thunder guard Westbrook led all scorers with 48 points on 15-of-28
shooting from the field. He tied his career high score and became
just the third player in NBA history to score at least 40 points in
two consecutive games.

Raptors 123, Clippers 107
Guard/forward DeMar DeRozan had 24 points, eight assists and nine
rebounds as the Toronto Raptors recovered from a slow start to beat
the Los Angeles Clippers 123-107.
The Clippers led by 20-points during the first quarter before
succumbing to a season-high third straight loss.

Magic 103, Lakers 97
Tobias Harris had a career-high 34 points and the Orlando Magic
broke a 10-game losing streak by defeating the Los Angeles Lakers
103-97 in overtime.

Orlando presented new coach James Borrego a win in his debut, while
the Lakers slumped to their 11th defeat in 12 games, after missing
two shots in the final seconds of regulation that could have
clinched victory.

Reserve center Brook Lopez had an effective all-around game by
collecting 22 points, nine rebounds and six blocked shots and the
Brooklyn Nets held on for a 92-88 victory over the New York Knicks.
Guard Jarrett Jack added 20 points, including the clinching
three-pointer in the final minute, as the Nets won their third in a
row after losing 13 of 15 in January.

Ricky Rubio scored the final five points of the game, including a
pair of free throws with 10 seconds remaining, lifting the Minnesota
Timberwolves to a 90-89 win over the Memphis Grizzlies, whose
eight-game winning streak ended.

James Harden scored a game-high 33 points and helped salvage a
victory by diving on the floor for a loose ball, preserving a key
possession in the Houston Rockets' 117-111 win over the Milwaukee
Bucks.

in the first half, helping the Phoenix Suns overcome a slow start

rebounds and the Detroit Pistons secured a 98-88 win over the

The Boston Celtics, suddenly on the cusp of the playoff hunt despite
dealing off Rajon Rondo and Jeff Green, blew almost all of a
26-point lead but held off the Philadelphia 76ers 107-96 for their
