Lincoln College to host enrollment day for Get Covered Illinois Feb. 10th
Enrollment deadline is Feb. 15th for March 1 coverage

[February 10, 2015]  LINCOLN - With only days left to enroll in health coverage for 2015, Get Covered Illinois (GCI) and Family Guidance Centers will host an enrollment event to help individuals and families enroll in quality health coverage that begins March 1.

Those who do not enroll before the deadline may face a minimum fee of $325 when they file their 2015 taxes. The Open Enrollment Period for the Marketplace ends Feb. 15.

Family Guidance Centers will offer in-person assistance at Lincoln College in the Davidson-Sheffer Gymnasium off North Ottawa Street in Lincoln on Tuesday, February 10 from 9am-2pm to help residents enroll or re-enroll in health coverage, compare plans and see if they could get help paying for their coverage.

Residents should bring the following items to their enrollment appointment: full names, birth dates, and Social Security numbers for you and any family member enrolling; proof of Illinois residency (i.e. Illinois driver's license); and employer/income information (i.e. paycheck stubs, W-2s).
