Right winger T.J. Oshie capped a three-goal flurry in a 4:21 span
early in the second period to send the St Louis Blues to a 5-1 win
over the slumping Boston Bruins.
Right winger Vladimir Tarasenko added two goals, his 30th and 31st
of the season, to extend Boston's winless streak to six games
(0-4-2), its longest since going 0-6-4 during a 10-game span in
2010.
At 23, Tarasenko became the youngest Blues player to score 30 or
more goals in a season since Brendan Shanahan had 33 in the 1991-92
season at the same age.

Ducks 6, Flames 3
Anaheim Ducks center Ryan Getzlaf scored on a fortunate bounce,
sparking the Ducks to a five-goal third period en route to a 6-3
triumph over the Calgary Flames.
The Ducks trailed 2-1 after 40 minutes but they tied it up about six
minutes after the intermission and Getzlaf celebrated the go-ahead
goal after his blast from the blueline bounced off the boards, hit
the back of Flames goalie Jonas Hiller and dribbled across the line.

Wild 4, Oilers 0
The Minnesota Wild continued their playoff charge with a 4-0 road
thumping of the weary Edmonton Oilers.
The Wild, 12-2-2 in their last 16 games, got two goals from right
winger Justin Fontaine.
The Oilers, playing their eighth game in 14 days and down six
injured players, struggled offensively, getting off just 15 shots.

Devils 4, Canucks 2
Goaltender Cory Schneider stopped 21 shots for his first win ever
against the team that drafted him in 2004 and left winger Mike
Cammalleri scored two goals, leading the New Jersey Devils to a 4-2
home victory over the Vancouver Canucks.
It was New Jersey's first triumph over Vancouver since the 2009-10
season. The Devils had dropped six straight against the Canucks
(33-22-3).

Rangers 3, Sabres 1
Left winger Rick Nash had a goal and an assist to lead the New York
Rangers to a 3-1 win over the lowly Buffalo Sabres.
New York rookie goalie Mackenzie Skapski allowed a goal after 14
seconds but it was smooth sailing after that for the Rangers
(35-16-6), who dominated throughout and outshot Buffalo 43-24.

Avalanche 4, Blackhawks 1
Defenseman Tyson Barrie scored two goals to lift the Colorado
Avalanche to a 4-1 road win against the Chicago Blackhawks.
Left winger Gabriel Landeskog and defenseman Brad Stuart also scored
for Colorado, which snapped a 1-1 tie with two power-play goals in a
24-second span in the third period.

Hurricanes 2, Maple Leafs 1
Eric and Jordan Staal scored four minutes apart in the first period,
and Cam Ward stopped 23 shots as the Carolina Hurricanes handed
struggling Toronto a 2-1 loss to sweep the season series against the
Maple Leafs.
Eric Staal now has 43 points in 38 career games against the Maple
Leafs, who fell to 1-14-2 in their last 17 games. (Compiled by
