Mr. Aylesworth called the meeting to order at 7:00pm.
A motion was made by Mr. Bateman seconded by Mr. Farmer, to approve
the minutes from September 4, 2014 as printed. Motion passed.
Mr. Storer presented the September 2014 call report.
Church/Local Organization Plan Development- Update:
Mr. Fulscher reported they are testing the plan on October 19,
2014 at Jefferson Street Church. After Jefferson Street Church, Mr.
Fulscher plans to set up a meeting with surrounding churches around
Logan County to share the plan. Mr. Fulscher also plans to meet with
other organization around Logan County. Mr. Fulscher will bring the
final copy next month to show the committee.
EMA/Truck Bid: Mr. Fulscher is in process of looking for a
new truck for Terry Storer. Next month Mr. Fulscher will have the
bids from the 3 dealership to present to the committee. A motion was
made by Mr. Farmer, seconded by Mr. Blankenship, to approve Mr.
Fulscher to go out for bid for a new truck for Mr. Storer. Motion
passed.
EM-COM/ Tow Vehicle:
Mr. Fulscher received approval from the state to purchase a truck
for uses as a tow vehicle by Bucky Washman the purchase amount is
$26,485.00. The county would pay for the truck on delivery and be
reimbursed by the state six weeks later. Mr. Fulscher will need to
buy a bed mat. Mr. Fulscher has the money in his budget. A motion
was made by Mrs. Davenport, seconded by Mr. Rohlfs, to move forward
with this purchase. Motion passed.

A motion was made by Mr. Blankenship, seconded by Mr. Farmer, to pay
the bills as presented for payment. Motion passed.
A motion was made by Mr. Bateman seconded by Mr. Rohlfs, to adjourn

Logan County Ambulance Meeting

Mr. Aylesworth called the meeting to order at 7:14 pm.
A motion was made by Mr. Rohlfs, seconded by Mr. Blankenship to
approve the minutes from September 4, 2014 as printed. Motion
passed.
Mr. Siltman presented the September 2014 call report:
There were 368 calls in September. Quarterly Budget Report - Mr.
Siltman plans to give a full report in November.
Vehicle Status Report:
Mr. Siltman reported 4 out of 5 vehicles are working. Mr. Siltman
has one vehicle in Decatur at the International Dealship with turbo
issues.

New Business:
Mr. Siltman reported last year he did a study on ALS Ambulance
Services from Quincy, IL to Champaign, IL. The purpose for Mr.
Siltman study was because he received some complaints from residents
saying LCPA charges too much. Mr. Siltman found from his study we
are actually charge residents less than most Counties. Mr. Siltman
passed out flyers to invite the Law Enforcement Committee to an Open
House at LCPA. Nothing additional to report. End of New Business

Logan County Coroner Meeting

Mr. Aylesworth called the meeting to order at 7:23 pm.
A motion was made by Mr. Rohlfs seconded by Mr. Bateman to
approve the minutes from September 4, 2014 as printed. Motion
passed.
A motion was made by Mrs. Davenport, seconded by Mr. Farmer, to
approve the bills as presented for payment. Motion passed.
Old Business:
Mr. Thomas presented the September call report.
There were 18 deaths, with one requiring autopsies.
MTU-#10 Agreement:
Mr. Thomas reported Jonathan Wright is in the process of looking
over the agreement. If Mr. Wright approves the agreement before the
Regular Board Meeting Mr. Aylesworth will bring forward a motion to
pass the agreement. End of Old Business
New Business:
Mr. Thomas has had a couple deputies retired. Mr. Thomas is in the
process of replacing them.
Mr. Thomas presented the Summary of Expenses (Page 2)
A motion was made by Mrs. Davenport, seconded by Mr. Rohlfs to
adjourn the meeting. Motion passed. Meeting adjourned at 7:27 pm.
Logan County Sheriff's Meeting

Mr. Aylesworth called the meeting to order at 7:28 pm.
A motion was made by Mrs. Davenport, seconded by Mr. Rohlfs approve
the minutes from September 4, 2014 as printed. Motion passed.
Old Business: Update on Safety Complex HVAC system and
roof:
Mr. Bunner reported there is water coming into the jail and
running down the wall into the basement. Mr. Bateman will call
Henson Robinson Company tomorrow morning.
Vehicle Purchase:
Mr. Bunner and Mr. Nicholas are still looking for new vehicles.
New Business: None
Sheriff's Report:
Mr. Bunner reported they have one at the academy right now. Mr.
Nichols and Mr. Bunner also hired a new deputy and he will be going
to the academy in January. Nothing further to report.
A motion was made by Mrs. Davenport, seconded by Mr. Bateman, to pay
the bills as presented for payment. Motion passed.
A motion was made by Mr. Bateman, seconded by Mr. Farmer, to adjourn
the meeting. Motion passed. Meeting adjourned at 7:31 pm
