Pelicans 111, Rockets 83
Ryan Anderson scored 17 of his game-high 22 points in the first half
and guard Tyreke Evans added 21 points to spark the New Orleans
Pelicans to a rout of the Houston Rockets on Friday.
After the Pelicans (17-16) took a 65-42 third-quarter lead, Houston
coach Kevin McHale waved the white flag by subbing out his entire
starting lineup.
James Harden, the NBA's leading scorer, finished with just 11 points
in 25 minutes. The Rockets (22-10) saved their legs to face Miami in
Houston on Saturday night.

Thunder 109, Wizards 102
Kevin Durant posted 34 points and eight rebounds to lead the
Oklahoma City Thunder to a victory over the Washington Wizards.
The win pushed the Thunder to 17-17 as they reached .500 for the
first time this season. The Wizards dropped to 22-10 and have now
lost two straight on their west coast swing.

Mavericks 119, Celtics 101
Rajon Rondo made a triumphant return to TD Garden, scoring the first
10 points for his new team and leading the Dallas Mavericks to a
victory over the Boston Celtics.
Rondo, traded recently by the Celtics to the Mavs, was given a huge
ovation in pre-game introductions and a video tribute as he went on
to finish with a season-high 29 points.
Monta Ellis scored 22 points for the Mavericks (24-10).

Cavaliers 91, Hornets 87
Kevin Love scored 27 points and the Cleveland Cavaliers snapped a
three-game losing streak with their first win since LeBron James was
shelved, beating the Charlotte Hornets.
The Cavs (19-14) trailed by 11 points in a cold-shooting first half
but took the lead midway through the third quarter and went on to
lead by as many as 11 in the fourth quarter.
James is resting a knee injury. The Hornets (10-24) have now lost
five straight.

Hawks 98, Jazz 92
Jeff Teague scored 25 points and Paul Millsap added 15 points and 11
rebounds to lead the Atlanta Hawks to a victory over the Utah Jazz.
Al Horford added 13 points to help the Hawks (24-8) win their sixth
consecutive game over a Western Conference opponent.

Suns 112, 76ers 96
Gerald Green scored 21 points in 22 minutes off the bench and the
Phoenix Suns opened the fourth quarter with an 11-2 run to beat the
Philadelphia 76ers.
Eric Bledsoe had 17 points, eight assists and five assists for the
Suns (19-16), who have beaten the Sixers five straight times.

Nets 100, Magic 98
Mason Plumlee scored 18 points and Brook Lopez and Deron Williams
had 16 each as Brooklyn survived Orlando's fourth-quarter rally to
post the victory.
Joe Johnson added 14 points, including two free throws with 22
seconds left to give Brooklyn (16-16) enough of a cushion to claim
its sixth win in the last seven games.

Pistons 97, Knicks 81
The Detroit Pistons won their season-best fourth straight game,
defeating the New York Knicks.
Brandon Jennings led Detroit (9-23) with 29 points and center Andre
Drummond grabbed 20 rebounds.
New York (5-30) lost their 10th consecutive game of the season for
the second time in six weeks and 19th in their last 20 games.

Pacers 94, Bucks 91
C.J. Miles scored 22 points and hit six 3-pointers as the Indiana
Pacers rallied late for a victory over the Milwaukee Bucks.
Roy Hibbert hit six of 11 shots from the field and finished with 18
points and seven rebounds.
The Bucks fell to 17-17.

Grizzlies 109, Lakers 106
Mike Conley scored 19 points, handed out nine assists and grabbed
six rebounds, leading the Memphis Grizzlies to a victory over the
Los Angeles Lakers.
Marc Gasol added 18 points, 10 rebounds and five assists as the
Grizzlies (24-8) won their third in a row.
Jeremy Lin and forward Ed Davis scored 20 each to lead the Lakers
(10-23), who lost for the fourth time in the last five games.

Warriors 126, Raptors 105
Klay Thompson and Marreese Speights contributed 18 points to a 23-5
spurt to open the second half as the Golden State Warriors ran away
from the Toronto Raptors in a battle of teams with the best records
in each conference.
In running their best-in-basketball record to 26-5, the Warriors got
32 points from Stephen Curry.
Playing their fourth game in seven nights out west, the Raptors
(24-9) were down just five at halftime before the Warriors exploded
