Rockets 112, Thunder 101
Guard James Harden flirted with a triple-double as the Houston
Rockets rode the wave of a blistering start to a 112-101 home win
over the Oklahoma City Thunder.
Harden accrued 31 points, 10 assists and nine rebounds as the
Rockets (28-12) placed all five starters plus reserve forward Josh
Smith in double figures.
The Thunder, playing their first game since last Friday, were
sluggish early as Houston opened a 40-18 lead after the first
quarter.

Cavaliers 109, Lakers 102
Forward LeBron James scored 23 of his 36 points in the second half
and the Cleveland Cavaliers snapped a six-game losing streak with a
109-102 road victory over the Los Angeles Lakers.
The Cavaliers held a double-digit lead for much of the fourth
quarter before Kobe Bryant made two of three free throws for Los
Angeles after being fouled on a three-point attempt with 43.5
seconds remaining.
Cleveland's lead was whittled down to four points but James
responded with a driving layup.

Bucks 95, Knicks 79
The Milwaukee Bucks made their first ever game outside North America
a winning one as they crushed the New York Knicks 95-79 in London.
Carmelo Anthony scored 25 points on his return from injury but it
was not nearly enough for the Knicks, who missed their first five
shots from the field on the way to a franchise-record 16th loss in a
row. (Editing by Andrew Both)
