SPRINGFIELD
- Enjoy summer produce all year long with a timely seasonal program
on home canning and preserving safely. The “Yes! You CAN: Preserving
Safely” program will be held on Wednesday, July 15, 2015 from
6:00-8:00pm at the Sangamon County Extension Office. A fee will
cover the purchase of supplies. |
During the program, you will have the opportunity to learn the
basics of home canning, receive the latest safety guidelines, and
have the opportunity to get your pressure canner gauges tested.
Bring your canner lids only!

deadline for registration is July 13, 2015.
