REALTORS in Logan County Board of REALTORS® sold 94 homes in the
second quarter of 2015, 10 fewer than the 104 sold during the
same time period in 2014.
The average selling price for homes in the 2015 time period was
$91,116, down from $95,061 in 2014. Median prices were up
slightly, $82,000 compared to $81,950.
The length of time that the average home was on the market found
houses on the market longer with the average "Days on Market" in
2015 205 days. This was 23 days longer than the same time period
in 2014.
Some segments of the market are performing better than others.
