Mr. Farmer called the meeting to order at 7:00 pm.
A motion was made by Mr. Ruben, seconded by Mr. Rohlfs, to approve
the minutes from the February 9, 2015 meeting as printed. Motion
passed.
Old Business
Wind Farm:
Mr. D’Andrea reported Relight should be back soon. He believes there
could be public hearings in June.
Cresco Labs:
Mr. D’Andrea reported Cresco Labs hit a bump in the road. The layout
they currently had mapped out for this location does not work for
them, so they have to redo their layout.
Mining:
Mr. D’ Andrea reported Muck’s should be back in May with their
request.
Small Farm Initiatives: Nothing to report.
LDC Property uses: Nothing to report.
New Business
LDC residential Use: Nothing to report.
Enterprise Zone Boundary Extensions; Petitions; Process and Fees:
Mr. D’Andrea gave an update on the Enterprise Zone.
The committee discussed what elevators were currently in the
Enterprise Zone.

The committee discussed who will be in the new Enterprise
Zone. Mr. D’ Andrea reported that once the current Enterprise
Zone is up, the slate will be wiped clean and anyone would be
legible to join.
The committee discussed which elevators are in favor of helping
support the Enterprise Zone. Some elevators do not plan to help
support the Enterprise Zone but will benefit off of it later if
Logan County is granted the new application.
The committee is in favor of elevators being included to the
Enterprise Zone regardless of how it is funded.
A motion was made by Mr. Aylesworth, seconded by Mr. Ruben, to
adjourn the meeting. Motion passed. Meeting ended at 7:45pm.
