Lincoln Police Department

  • Amanda M. Oden, 31, of Lincoln arrested on July 28 at 10:12 a.m. at her residence on charges of Burglary and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

  • Adam W. Reed, 29, of Lincoln arrested on July 28 at 10:20 a.m. in the 300 block of Fifth St. on charges of Burglary, Possession of Hypodermic Needle, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

  • Sarah I. Sandel, 26, of Lincoln arrested on July 28 at 11:10 a.m. in the 700 block of Woodlawn Rd. on a charge of filing a False Police Report.

  • Cameron J. Hoagland, 23, of Lincoln arrested on July 29 at 1:52 a.m. in the 1300 block of Third Street on a charge of Domestic Battery.

Logan County Sheriff’s Department

  • Kellsie M. Gelhlbach, 23, of Lincoln arrested on July 28 at 3:12 p.m. at the Logan County Safety Complex on a Logan County Warrant 2014CF136 for failure to appear on a Burglary charge.

  • Helen J. Clemens, 39, of Tremont, IL arrested on July 28 at 9:40 p.m. at the Tazewell County Jail on Logan County Warrant 2014CM35 for failure to appear on a Retail Theft charge.
