[June 09, 2015]  WR Ify Umodu was signed as an undrafted free agent by the Bears Monday (June 8). Umodu was a tryout player at this past May's Bears rookie minicamp. Umodu appeared in 39 contests during his collegiate career at Northern Arizona (2010-14), grabbing 136 receptions for 1,883 yards and 15 touchdowns.

As a senior in 2014, he led the Lumberjacks in receptions (47) and receiving yards (692) and tied for the team lead in touchdown catches (five). He also appeared in six games as a freshman on the Lumberjacks basketball team. CB Tracy Porter signed a one-year deal with the Bears Monday (June 8).
