Moore, a longtime New Orleans Saint, signed with the Steelers
last March and caught 14 passes for 198 yards and two touchdowns in
14 games.
He was stuck behind Antonio Brown, Martavis Bryant and Markus
Wheaton on the depth chart and wanted to go somewhere he could play
more this year.
Moore, 31, was scheduled to make $1.55 million in 2015 -- part of
the two-year, $3 million contract he signed last year.
He spent his first eight seasons with the Saints, catching 346
passes for 4,281 yards and 38 touchdowns.

Minnesota general manager Rick Spielman said the Vikings and running
back Adrian Peterson have been communicating since last Thursday and
the team will continue to have "open dialogue" with the embattled
star.
"We are able to have communication now with Adrian," Spielman told
the Minneapolis Star Tribune. "We'll keep all those communications
internal. I don't want to give you guys a blow-by-blow (account)
every day.
"I think it's been very clearly stated that we want to have Adrian
Peterson back. There's no question about the talent. He's a unique
talent and he's under contract with us next year."
Peterson is on the commissioner's exempt list. Previously, the
Vikings could communicate with Peterson only via their legal team
while he served his suspension.
