			- Myron Rawlins, 75, of Atlanta, passed away Wednesday, February 25, 
			2015, at his son's home in New Lenox.

							 Visitation:
							Sunday, March 1, from 4 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the 
							Quiram-Peasley Funeral Home in Atlanta, and on 
							Monday one hour 
							prior to the service at the church. 
							Service:
							Monday, March 2, 2015 at 10:30 a.m. at the Atlanta 
							Christian Church

							Obituary 
							Myron K. Rawlins, 75, of Atlanta passed away on 
							Wednesday, February 25, 2015 at his son's home in 
							New Lenox. 
							 
							Funeral services for Myron will be held on Monday, 
							March 2, 2015 at 10:30 a.m. at the Atlanta Christian 
							Church with Mr. Maurice Stribling officiating. 
							 
							Visitation will be held on Sunday, March 1, 2015 
							from 4:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at the Quiram-Peasley 
							Funeral Home in Atlanta. 
							 
							Burial will follow at Mountjoy Cemetery, rural 
							Atlanta. 
							 
							Myron Keith Rawlins was born July 22, 1939, in 
							Hinsdale, the son of Joseph Robert and Dorothy E. 
							Williams Rawlins. He was united in marriage to Karen 
							Faye Krueger on September 1, 1972 at the Atlanta 
							Christian Church. She survives. 
							 
							Also surviving are his children: Brian (Laura) 
							Rawlins of New Lenox, Gena (Matthew) Melick of St. 
							Louis and Brett Rawlins of Lincoln; one brother: Jon 
							(Carol Ann) Rawlins of Groveland; one sister: Joyce 
							(Chuck) Damm of Marysville, Calif.; and one 
							sister-in-law: Karen K. Rawlins of Atlanta; 10 
							grandchildren; 3 great-granddaughters and several 
							nieces and nephews.  | 
							
							 
                
                  
							He was preceded in death by his daughter: Rhonda 
							Hildebrandt, two brothers : Gerry Rawlins and James 
							Robert Rawlins, and one sister: Dorothy Jackson.  
							 
							Myron graduated from the Atlanta High School in 
							1957. He retired from Caterpillar, Inc., in Morton 
							after 32 years. He worked for the Quiram Funeral 
							Home for 20 years. He also worked in construction 
							with both Joe Daugherty and Lance Rogers. He was a 
							member of the Atlanta Christian Church. 
							 
							Memorials may be made to Atlanta Christian Church or 
							Atlanta Rescue Squad. 
							 
							Funeral arrangements have been entrusted with Quiram 
							Peasley Funeral Home in Atlanta.
