The Trojans used a stifling defense to take an 18-0 first quarter
lead and never looked back en route to a 53-10 victory.
Keegan Ferguson led the Jr. High (2-0) with 24 points. Also scoring
for the Trojans was, Steven Gleason (10), Landon Hullinger (10),
Seth Tungate (5), Adam Grunder (2), and Logan McDonald (2).
Elijah Pollice (4) led Chester East in the loss. Also scoring for
the Panthers was, Tanner Stramp (2), Evan Maynard (2), and Shawn
Rafffa (2).
In game two of the night, the Carroll Catholic/New
Holland-Middletown/Zion Lutheran Crusaders (1-1) won 46-30 over the
Delavan Panthers (0-2).
Dylan Singleton led the way for the Crusaders with 37 while Bryson
Gillum added five, Andrew Graue added two, and Everett Maaks scored
two.
Gavin Kipfer led the Panthers with 16. Also scoring for Delavan was,
Drake Dowell (6), Bryson Peterson (2), Payton Letspeich (2), Sam
DeJesus (2), and Austin Littlefield (2).
In the nightcap, the Greenview Bulldogs (2-0) defeated the host WLB
Wolverines (1-1) behind 20 points from Brady Westerfeld.

Also scoring for the Bulldogs were Alex Janssen (13), Trevor Booth
(2), Creighton Monroe (2), and Landon Davis (2).
Patrick McCraith (10), led the Wolverines in scoring while Andre
McAdams netted eight. Also scoring for West Lincoln was, Brayden
Saylor (6), Scotty Battin (2), and Brody Whiteman (2).
All teams will be back in action Saturday at WLB with the first game
tipping off at 9:00 a.m. and the last set to tip at 7:00 p.m. Trophy
presentations will follow the last game for first and second place
as well as the announcement of the All-Tournament Team.
