Obituary
Larry E. Dano, 71, of Lincoln passed away at 2:00
a.m. March 12, 2015 at his home.
Larry was born October 1, 1943 at Clayton, NY the
son of Maxwell Earnest and Alice Procnoun Matthews
Dano. He married Judy Clifton September 22, 1981 in
Lincoln. She survives in Lincoln.
Larry is survived by children: Courtney Dano,
Jodi-Lynn Dano, Michael Ray Dano, all of Lincoln;
Ginger Elaine Bang of Mississippi; James Michael
Dano of Texas; Grandchildren:, Rylee Marie Dano,
Cullin Eugene Wayne; Seth Dano, Curs’tin McCoy;
Siblings: Fred (Dawn) Matthews; Lillian Matthews
Green; Dan (Faye) Matthews; Hal (Cindy) Matthews;
David Matthews; Sam (Debbie) Matthews; Raymond
Matthews and Barbara (George) Maealoon. He was
preceded in death by his parents, and son: Steven
Dano and Grandson: Michael Shane McCoy. |
Larry was a deputy sheriff in Arizona and Colorado;
former truck driver and also worked at Eaton Inc. He
served in the Navy Seabees in 1961 during Vietnam.
Cremation rites will be accorded. A private family
service will be held at a later date. There will be
a benefit April 18, 2015 from 11:00 a.m. to 11:00
p.m. at the Eagles Lodge, Lincoln.
Arrangements were entrusted to
