S. Taylor, 55, of Bloomington died at 10:26 a.m. Friday, March 20,
2015 at St. Joseph Medical Center, Bloomington.

Obituary
Kimberly S. Taylor, 55, of Bloomington died at 10:26
a.m. Friday, March 20, 2015 at St. Joseph Medical
Center, Bloomington.
Kim was born November 20, 1959 in Lincoln, IL the
daughter of Andrew Joseph and Jackie Boyer Skelton.
She married Carl E. Taylor April 10, 1993 in
Bloomington. He survives in Bloomington.
Kim is survived by one son: Justin (Brandy)
McCormick of Lincoln; one daughter: Ashleigh (Sean)
Klapp of Atlanta; three grandsons: Austin and
Bentley McCormick and Rylan Klapp; three brothers:
Kevin (Donna) Skelton of Middletown; Gary (Glenda)
Skelton; Terry Skelton; two sisters: Vicki (Dan)
Bree; Connie White, all of Lincoln; step father, Don
Ware of Lincoln; step brothers: Terry (Angie)
Whitetree; Mark (Lynda) Ware; Mike (Helena) Ware;
and paternal grandmother: Mable (Bill) Skelton of
Middletown. Kim was preceded in death by her father,
Joe Skelton; mother, Jackie Ware; twin daughters:
Amanda and Miranda McCormick and son, Jermey
McCormick; paternal grandfather, Richard Skelton;
and maternal grandparents, Everett and Maxine Boyer. |
Kim was owner/operator of Kim’s Clip and Tan in
Middletown for twenty years.
Services will be at 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, March 24,
2015 at Fricke-Calvert-Schrader Funeral Home,
Lincoln with Larry Crawford officiating. Burial will
follow at Bethel Cemetery, Rural Emden. Visitation
will be Monday from 4:00-7:00 p.m. at the funeral
home. Memorials may be given to donor’s choice.
