According to CBSSports.com, the controversial slugger is proceeding
with a grievance that alleges baseball colluded to keep him from
playing after the 2007 season when he set the career home-run record
with 762 homers.

Moreland off the disable list in time for Wednesday's game against

Moreland suffered an elbow injury and has been sidelined since April

The driver of a bus carrying members of a minor league affiliate of
the Atlanta Braves was charged with exceeding a safe speed after she
lost control early Tuesday morning, flipping the bus on a North
Carolina highway.
There were 33 players and team personnel aboard the bus, according
to the police report. Seven players and the team trainer were
treated and released at a local hospital. Tuesday's game in Myrtle
