Obituary
Mary L. Jurgens, 94, of Greenview, passed away May
12, 2015 at Memorial Medical Center in Springfield.
Visitation will be from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. Friday,
May 15, 2015 at Sweetwater Christian Church. Funeral
services will be at 11 a.m. Friday also at the
church with Pastor Roger James officiating. Burial
will follow in Elmwood Cemetery, Greenview.
Holland Barry & Bennett Funeral Home in Lincoln has
been entrusted with her care.
Mary was born July 15, 1920, the daughter of Herman
and Meta (Platte) Jurgens. She was employed at the
Christian Nursing Home in housekeeping for several
years. Mary was also a housekeeper for many people.
She was a member of Sweetwater Christian Church.

Surviving are her niece Ella Hall of Greenview,
and many other nieces, nephews, great nieces and
nephews, great great nieces and nephews and great
great great nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made
to Sweetwater Christian Church or to the American
Heart Association.
