[May 20, 2015]
The traditional Memorial Day services
will be held Monday, May 25th at 10:30 a.m. at the American Legion Post
#263. |
Robert Sullivan, who is in charge of the American
Legion Honor Guard, will be the guest speaker. Gerald Carter will
give the Invocation and Benediction. The Ladies of the Auxiliary
will lay a wreath. The Color Guard and the Firing Squad will honor
our veterans. Taps will be played.
Ham and beans will be served at the American Legion following the
service.
To all citizens of Lincoln and surrounding areas, please take time
out of your busy day to honor and remember those young men and women
who gave their lives to keep this country free.
Remember that freedom is not free.
