LJHS seventh grade Boys Basketball wins Midwest Central Tournament

[November 08, 2015]  LINCOLN - The Lincoln Junior High School 7th grade boys beat Midwest Central 48-15 Saturday to win the Midwest Central Tournament.

Karson Bonaparte was the leading scorer with 11 points. Landon Hullinger was behind him with seven and Griffin Bossingham had 6. Keagan Ferguson had 5 points and 8 steals. The 7th grade Trojans are now 4-0.

The Eighth grade team lost a tough one to Midwest Central by a score of 32-21.

Dylan Dressel had 7 points, and Tyler Vance had 5. The 8th grade team placed second in their tournament and are now 2-2 on the season.

The Trojans will play Morton at home on Monday at 4:30 p.m.
