Jeffery Paul Addicott IV

[November 12, 2015]  Racheal Ann Douglass and Jeffery P. Addicott III of Lincoln are happy to announce the newest addition to their family. Jeffery Paul Addicott IV was born October 21, 2015, at Abraham Lincoln Memorial Hospital.

Jeffery is welcomed into the family by several siblings: big sisters Dixie Marie and Mari Jayne Elizabeth.

Also welcoming Jeffery are maternal grandparents Sandi Douglass of Lambertville, Mich., Jerry Douglass of Alliance, Ohio and Angela Doak of Alliance, Ohio. Paternal grandparents Jeffery P. Addicott Jr., Stacey Stubblefield of Pleasant Plains, IL, Krisa Chalker, and Shawn Williams of New Willmington, Pa. Great-grandparents Jeffery P. Addicott Sr., Alexis Addicott of Sharon Pa., Sally Douglass of Davenport, Fl., and David and Constance Hunter of Farrel, Pa.
