NBA roundup: Warriors off to record 10-0 start

[November 13, 2015]  MINNEAPOLIS -- Stephen Curry led all scorers with 46 points as the Golden State Warriors remained perfect on the season with a 129-116 win over the Minnesota Timberwolves at Target Center on Thursday.

Curry had 21 points after the first quarter and 25 at the half as the Warriors looked to run away with the game early.

It was the fourth time this season Curry scored at least 20 points in a single quarter and his third 40-point game. He shot 15-for-25 on the night, including 8-for-13 from 3-point range.

At 10-0, Golden State is off to the best start in franchise history. The 1960-61 Warriors opened 9-0.

Heat 92, Jazz 91

MIAMI -- With Dwyane Wade out for family reasons, Miami got 25 points from Chris Bosh and defeated Utah.

Tyler Johnson hit a jump shot with 38.1 seconds remaining to bump the Heat's lead back up 88-84 after Utah's Alec Burks hit a layup to trim the deficit to two. Johnson also hit a layup on the Heat's previous possession.

Bosh, who also recorded eight rebounds and four assists, had a key block on a layup attempt by Burks with 19.9 seconds remaining.

Suns 118, Clippers 104

PHOENIX -- Brandon Knight tied a career high with 37 points, and Eric Bledsoe added 26 as Phoenix topped Los Angeles.

The Clippers, who played without injured backcourt starters Chris Paul and J.J. Redick, lost forward Blake Griffin when he was ejected with 2:36 remaining in the second quarter after receiving his second technical foul.

Phoenix reserve T.J. Warren tied a career high with 18 points, and another reserve, Jon Leuer, added 10 points and 11 rebounds as the Suns broke a two-game losing streak. They led by 25 on Warren's basket two minutes into the fourth quarter.
