Christian Anderson is the November Lincolnland Technical Education Center Student of the Month

[November 20, 2015]  LINCOLN - Christian Anderson, son of Holly Riggleman and Andy Anderson, was named November Student of the Month for the Automotive Technology program at the Lincolnland Technical Education Center.

Christian is a senior at Lincoln Community High School. Mr. Jon Graber, instructor, selected Christian because he has been a true leader for the past two years in the Auto Technology class and previously in the Transportation Technology class he also took with Mr. Graber. Mr. Graber says that Christian is a hard working student that he can trust to work independently and also get others involved to get the job done right and in a timely manner.

“Christian is not afraid to take on difficult projects or lead other students. Christian shows aptitude & initiative in his work.” Mr. Graber goes on to say that Christian is a true asset to the automotive program and will be sorely missed next year. He wishes all the best to Christian in his service in the military and his future endeavors.

Christian has signed with the Marine Corps to be a Combat Engineer. He leaves in June for Boot Camp in San Diego, California.

Christian received a $50 dollars from the Kiwanis Club of Lincoln who sponsors this award and honored him at a noon luncheon.
