Saturday, Lincoln High School Senior Austin Swarts
competed in the Submission Challenge League's
submissions only championship in Kansas City. Austin
swept both the GI and No-GI tournaments winning his 9th
and 10th submission fighting state titles. Austin trains
in Springfield with Atlas MMA under Brazilian Jiu-JItsu
Black Belt Jake Bell. Austin is the son of Nikole Swarts
and TJ Swarts, both of Lincoln.
