Proud
mom Denise Farnam takes pictures and video as the
Lincoln Fire Department arrives Thursday morning to
offer her youngest daughter Kate a ride to school
in a fire truck. Kate won the honor through her
submission in the annual city of Lincoln Fire Safety
Poster Contest. Going along for the ride was Kate’s
older sister Cara. The firefighters who provided the
ride were Ty Johnson, Brett Tripplett, and Chris
Perrine.
