Logan County Board of Realtors third quarter home sales

[October 17, 2015]  LINCOLN - The third quarter of 2015 saw home sales increase compared to 2014 for the same time period.

REALTORS in Logan County Board of REALTORS® sold 102 homes in the third quarter of 2015, 9 more than the 93 sold during the same time period in 2014.

The average selling price for homes in the 2015 time period was $100,984, up from $87,878 in 2014. Median prices were up as well, $80,500 compared to $73,000.

The length of time that the average home was on the market longer with the average "Days on Market" in 2015 188 days. This was 48 days longer than the same time period in 2014.
