In his role Neal decontaminates, cleans, assembles, sterilizes, and
packages surgical equipment and instruments. He ensures that the
equipment is cleaned, sanitized, and ready for the next case.
Sterile processing is a critical department at the hospital to
ensure that equipment and instruments are safe to use and the
surgical team has everything needed for each procedure.
Co-workers nominated Neal for the recognition stating, “Jeff is a
hard worker with an amazing attitude. He is always friendly and
willing to help anyone.” The surgery team at ALMH also nominated
Neal echoing the same the praise, “Jeff always has a positive
pleasant attitude. He is always willing to help out and stay late.
He always gives words of encouragement to other staff. He works
efficiently. He is a dependable, great employee.”

Neal appreciates the atmosphere at ALMH and recognizes it as a great place to
work. “I am proud to work at ALMH. My co-workers are friendly and we are always
willing to help each other,” said Neal.
